3. 은행 잔고 증명서 관련 유의 사항
■ 공통
원화 2,000만원(KRW 20,000,000)이상, 제출일 기준 30일 이내 발급
부모님 명의의 잔고 증명서 제출 시, 가족 관계 증명서 추가 제출
■ 중국: 중국 은행 발급 은행잔고증명서는 30일 이내 발급 된 원본으로 개강일(2026.03.01.)까지 동결한 잔고 증명서
■ 우즈베키스탄: 원화 2,000만원(KRW 20,000,000)이상 KDB은행에 1개월 이상 예치한 은행 잔고 증명서만 인정
■ 그 외: 은행 잔고 증명서에 유효 기간이 표기된 경우 해당 유효 기간까지(최대 6개월까지 인정)
4. 유의 사항
■ 복학 예정자는 표준입학허가서 신청 후 추후 공지될 복학 신청, 등록금 납부 기간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.
■ 학생 상황에 따라 비자 신청 시 관련 기관에서 추가 서류를 요구할 수 있습니다.
■ 개강일(2026. 03. 01.)이후에는 표준입학허가서 발급이 불가합니다.

Notice on Applying for the Certificate of Admission (Standard Admission Letter) for Returning International Students for the 2026 Spring Semester (D-2-3 Visa)
※ New students will receive their Certificate of Admission automatically in January 2026 (scheduled) at the email address provided during application. No separate application is required.
※ The application period for returning from leave of absence will be announced later (scheduled for February).
1. Overview
■ Eligible Students: International students scheduled to enter Korea for the 2026 Spring Semester, including those returning from a leave of absence (※ not for new students).
■ Submission Period: December 9, 2025 (Tue) – January 9, 2026 (Fri)

1. A copy of passport (information page)
2. ID photo (JPG or PNG file)
3. Original bank balance certificate (sent by mail)
3-1. Certificate of family relationship (required only if the bank balance certificate is under a parent’s name)

3. Important Notes on the Bank Balance Certificate
■ General Requirements
Minimum balance: KRW 20,000,000
Must be issued within 30 days of submission
If issued under a parent’s name, a certificate of family relationship must also be submitted
■ China:
Must be an original certificate issued within 30 days
The balance must be frozen until the start of semester (March 1, 2026)
■ Uzbekistan:
Only certificates showing a balance of at least KRW 20,000,000,
deposited for at least 1 month at KDB Bank, are accepted.
■ Other Countries:
If an expiration/validity period is stated on the certificate,
it will be accepted up to the stated validity period (maximum 6 months).
4. Additional Information
■ Students returning from a leave of absence must check the later announcements regarding the application for return and tuition payment period after applying for the Certificate of Admission.
■ Depending on the student’s individual situation, additional documents may be required during the visa application process.
■ Certificates of Admission cannot be issued after the start of the semester (March 1, 2026).

3. Chú ý liên quan tới giấy chứng minh tài chính
■ Tiêu chuẩn
Tối thiểu từ 20 triệu Won trở lên, giấy nộp tới phải có hiệu lực được cấp trong vòng 30 ngày đổ lại.
Đối với các bạn nộp sổ tiết kiệm đứng tên bố mẹ thì cần nộp thêm giấy chứng minh quan hệ nhân thân
■Trung Quốc:
Bản gốc giấy chứng minh tài chính được cấp trong 30 ngày và được đóng băng tới ngày 2026.03.01
■Uzbekistan:
Chỉ công nhận giấy chứng minh tài chính 20-triệu Won đã gửi hơn 1 tháng trở lên
■ Các trường hợp khác:
Đối với các trường hợp giấy chứng minh tài chính có bao gồm thời hạn chỉ chấp nhận thời hạn có hiệu lực tối đa tới 6 tháng
4. Lưu ý
■ Các sinh viên đăng ký nhận giấy báo nhập học lại cần Xác nhận và nắm bắt các thông báo liên quan tới việc đăng ký theo học lại, thời hạn nộp học phí.
■ Tùy vào tình huống của từng sinh viên, bên cơ quan có thẩm quyền sẽ yêu cầu bổ sung giấy tờ khi gia hạn visa
■ Sau ngày khai giảng (01.03.2026) sẽ không thể cấp giấy báo nhập học
